During a lockout, the rule is that teams cannot have any contact with players. Teams are well aware of that, but sometimes it happens. And since we live in this new age of Twitter, you can’t use that as a form of communication either. Apparently, two teams weren’t listening. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo!, two teams have violated this. According to Wojnarowski’s Twitter account:
The NBA’s fined two undisclosed teams for speaking on players in media during lockout, league source says. Kahn’s a good bet as one of them.
