Since the Lakers season was cut short at the hands of the Mavericks doesn’t mean that Kobe Bryant’s sixth signature shoe isn’t still garnering attention. In honor of his first signature shoe as a member of the Nike SB team, LA-native and longtime Los Angeles Lakers fan Eric Koston brings a special edition of his Koston One model created with the upper off of the Zoom Kobe VI.
Drapped in black, the upper features a white swoosh with purple accents seen on the the lining and Kobe’s logo on the tongue. All this sits on a white sole which has purple and gold badging on the bottom giving another nod in style to the city which they both represent.
This shoe is available tomorrow at the Nike Vault inside of the Staple Center. Only 24 pairs are said to be released to the public so if you want any shot of snagging your size head over there now prepared to stay the night.
A custom cigar humidor and golf ball set accompanies this Koston One release.
