Spring is here and it’s time for another Sneaker Con, the sneaker culture’s leading buy/sell/trade sneaker & apparel convention.
Sneaker Con was founded in 2008, designed to be the ultimate sneaker culture gathering, Sneaker Con offers those who are passionate about their footwear a chance to come out and buy/sell/trade shoes with other likeminded sneakerheads. With wall to wall vendors selling the the hottest, rarest and most sought after sneakers on the market from Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance and more, Sneaker Con provides patrons with a great opportunity to get their hands on those exclusive and hard to find items that have long disappeared from retail shelves. In addition to just the sneakers, you can also expect to find vendors selling new and vintage clothing, accessories and collectibles, as well as some head-turning showcase displays put together for the viewing pleasure of those in attendance.
With two successful events under the belt already, Sneaker Con is poised to make its biggest splash yet with the May 22nd event going down at 151 Sullivan Street in NYC, a sprawling 10,000 square ft venue right in the heart of Soho. This time around, Sneaker Con will house forty vendors offering the most exclusive sneakers around, as well as live DJ’s spinning, a very special display by Adidas and a jaw-dropping showcase of KAWS toys from the never-before-seen private collection of Lev from Toy Tokyo. This Sneaker Con is poised to make its biggest splash yet thanks to a strong list of vendors, including some big names in the industry like Dr. Jay’s, online webstore CitySole.com, Osneaker.com and sneaker boutique Kixclusive. And if you’re a female sneakerhead, there’s no need to feel left out. The ladies will be covered as well, with many vendors offering a wide selection of smaller sizes too.
