Most people hate to say ‘I told you so’. I’m not going to lie, I love to say ‘I told you so’. And guess what folks, “I TOLD YOU SO”. I realize one game doesn’t make a career. One game doesn’t make a guy ‘the best long term prospect in last year’s’ draft’, but of course I did say that, and Brandon Jennings going off for 55 points last night certainly didn’t hurt his prospects. ‘Young Money’ went off in a big way, and in the process was 3 points shy of Wilt’s 1960 record for a rookie of 58 points set the record for most points by an NBA rookie, and also became the youngest player ever to score fifty plus. 29 points in the third quarter? Are you kidding me? B. Jennings, you were on fire brah. The most amazing thing about his scoring outburst is that he’s actually more known for his passing and creativity. This kid is going to be a superstar in this league. Mark my words. Again.
