Last week we showed you the Gilbert Arenas edition of the new “Basketball is Brotherhood” commercials from the new NBA Adidas campaign. Gilbert was called “The Creator” like the Adidas shoe line. We had a lot of feedback from you guys on what Adidas means by “Basketball is a Brotherhood”. Most of you said it was about having your boys back on the court, and others said it as about the respect you give to other ballers because of the shared love of the game.
I just love these new videos when I find them, so I wanted to share with y’all. In this vid, Dwight Howard is playing “The Commander” named after the Adidas line of new kicks for big men. You know the ones where some of them have Kevin Garnett face on the back end of the shoe.
So check this footage, it’s a pretty candid look at Dwight ‘Superman’ Howard showing these young ballers some post moves….I hope the NBA Commish doesn’t watch this, because it seems like Dwight is showing these young cats how to ‘throw some bows’ down low…..oh…and how to bust out some sweeeeet dance moves too…haha. If you ask me, what says brotherhood better than being able to knock a guy around with your elbows in the post, getting rough, but then chillin’ after the game like you are best friends. Enjoy….
