KD 7 Available On Nike iD For Customization

After the official unveiling of the Nike KD7 and already seeing upcoming colorways months in advance, the Swoosh is already opening up the new Kevin Durant sneaker for personalization thru the Nike iD program.

As far as the personalized options go, on the first screen you are given the option for a solid Hyperposite panel in the heel or a Fireworks graphic. After the strap has returned to Kevin Durant’s sneakers (after not being on the last two base models), you can either color it or have it glow in the dark; unfortunately the Swoosh on the front of the sneaker can’t. The ever-popular paint speckle option is there, but just as with the other graphic option, the Nike iD KD7 only support graphics on the Hyperposite heel right now. For the outsoles, you have the option of using a solid, translucent, two different glow-in-the-dark bottoms, four different camouflage combinations, and (my absolute favorite) a XDR bottom which is uses a way more durable rubber to make the sneaker last longer; only comes in grey though.

Extra personal customization options come in the form of a two-character letter-or-number combination on the medial (inside part) of each sneaker as well as eight characters behind the tongue of each shoe.

If you’ve made some good pairs feel free to share them thru social media by posting a picture and using the #Badd35t hashtag.

The Nike KD7 can be personalized and ordered thru Nike iD now for $195.
