For the Lakers’ sake, I hope they don’t prove to just be “paper champs.” While everyone contests that their roster is very impressive on paper, they still must go out and perform which they undoubtedly will. But is their too much pressure on them. Are they doing it to themselves with comments such as this? Here’s MWP in a recent interview.
‘We definitely want to beat the Bulls record and go 73-9, that’s definitely something that I want to do. Whoever is out there at the beginning of the season then we gotta get it. It’s as simple as that. We just have to go get it.
