Chicago Bulls star Forward Joakim Noah was born in New York City in 1985 to French singer and former professional tennis player Yannick Noah, and Cécilia Rodhe, who was ‘Miss Sweden’ in 1978. Noah lived in Paris, France from 1988 to 1998 and returned to New York City at age 13. So it’s not surprising that Noah would have the athleticism of his father to play pro sports, and it’s also not surprising that his sister Yelena Noah has the looks from her mother to be an aspiring model.
