The legend of junior forward Chandler Parsons on the University of Florida’s Gainesville campus keeps growing. Even though he is putting up decent overall numbers(10.7 ppg, 6.6 rebs, and 2 ast) for the Gators this season and has helped them to a respectable 14-5 record and a 3-2 mark in the SEC, he will probably be more remembered by his knack for hitting game winning shots.
Parsons legend started to grow after hitting this 70 foot game winner against NC State on January 3rd of this season:
Then, in a game this past week against conference rival South Carolina, he proved to be the man once again.
First, South Carolina’s Devan Downey hits an incredible shot after breaking through Florida’s horrible attempt of a double team. Then, Florida’s point guard, Erving Walker eventually finds an open Chandler, after he is frantically calling for the ball, from behind the arc for his 2nd game winning bucket in just 3 weeks.
What will he do next?
