Hey, Anklesnap. No one ever said that Donaghy fixed games with his reffing. Not even the NBA. They simply denied that they did, as charged by Donaghy. In fact, the FBI's investigation found that everything Donaghy said was true and the agent interviewed on 60 Minutes states that.

I've been watching the NBA for 40 years, and since Stern came aboard, I do believe a lot of games have been manipulated by him and his star mentality. What Donaghy says, I believe, is just the tip of the iceberg.

I Believe deep in my heart and always did think the NBA commissioner is a rat along with all those who will deny any involvement. Punishing players, teams, coaches, owners, and the ones they should respect the most the fans, who in my opinion pay their salaries is the betrayal of betrayals. The Fans feel sick to their stomach when a ref decides the game and not the two teams playing. These people have ruined carriers and stolen championships from deserving teams in the most unbelievable and disregarding way. A true fan of the game likes a fair competition and that element has ceased to exist. It isn't the Cubans, or the Iversons, or any particular town or arena who have ruined the faith of the faithful fans, it's the NBA culture of rampant arrogance and impudent ways Starting with the head of the whole organization. But he will never be man enough to admit any of this. At least the one who he calls rogue has become one million percent more honest than him and in my opinion, both Tim Donaghy and Mark Cuban would be the ones to fix this whole mess. Oh but wait!!! the only problem is that maybe the kobies and the Jordans wont always get to win championships which means less millions for the NBA, who in everyone's opinion have become to corrupt and powerful for their own good. When an owner sees that all his endless efforts to take his team to the finals only to see the refs steal what could have been the redemption of a city and their people, rejoicing with a championship celebration. Instead the owner, the city, the fans, and the careers of those who otherwise would've been successfully keeping their jobs, see an opportunity vanish right before their eyes while the game is still being played. The only thing worse than this is that all the afore mentioned victims are witnessing this and know what is happening but can do absolutely nothing about it, and the clock just ticks away, and everyone turns to each other in disbelief. With nobody to go to complain to for a solution, because the enforcers are the perpetrators. I knew just like Tim Donaghy, that when Baveta or Crawford (just to mention two) were officiating, I knew the Mavs did not stand a chance in hell. They should also know we the fans hate them just as much. We knew the Mavs would have to win by a lot of points to make it harder for them to shave points. But the whistle can take care of anything they want. Just look at the amount of free throws awarded to each team and you'll mysteriously get the picture. Tim Donaghy must have heard me saying that the Mavs will have to beat the refs first before they beat the other team because he mentioned it in his book. I followed the Mavs for the whole season of 2005/2006 when they lost the championship and made a video about it . At the end of it I wrote a few lines stating almost prophetically everything that ended up being true Tim was caught and exposed the NBA cartel. I sincerely have a lot of respect for Tim, because he decided he was more scared to keep on lying than to be found out, besides we would not have proof of what we already knew in our hearts. As you can tell I am a Mavs fan but I feel for the Kings and for the Suns and for all those players and teams that did not get a fair shake from those who take baths of purity with pisswater, because they stink every time they step into the court. I invite any ref to comment just to see their audacity. I believe the game can be lots more honest, what do you think?
