Help Shannon Brown Get Into the Dunk Contest

Shannon Brown

In an obvious attempt to lobby the NBA decision makers, the LA Lakers have helped form a campaign, starting with the website LetShannonDunk.com,  to get their highlight reel dunker, Kobe Bryant Shannon Brown, into this season’s NBA All Star Dunk Contest.  Brown, who is in his 4th season out of Michigan State, may not be an All Star caliber player, as evidence of his 4.6 ppg career average, but man oh man he can throw down with the best in the NBA when it comes to dunking.  When he can stay on an NBA roster, like currently with the World Champs, he is pure excitement with the basketball, since he will try to jam it in the face any opponent blocking the rim.  The problem is that in his 4 season’s, he has been on 4 teams in 4 years, not including numerous stints in the NBA D-League.  He has tons of experience in dunk contests in college and in HS even against Lebron JamesHow bout a rematch?
