I love watching Jefferson since he is a throwback type player. Not overly athletic but fundamentally sound. And I think you're right that he could be an All-Star this year. Not sold on Love as an impact player, though. Reminds me more of a smaller Brad Miller- a serviceable, skilled big man who isn't very quick but shoots well.
