I think with Billups through training camp, and the experience of last season will keep the nuggets in the top 3. The spurs are injury prone and any injury to one of their main players will leave the second seed open. I'm still not totally convinced the spurs are better either. This whole season rides on if Melo can rise to the class of perennial all-stars like Kobe, Lebron, or Wade. I don't expect a 30ppg from him, but a slight rise in all his figures and more production from JR would take this team to the WCF, and if they don't repeat the same mistakes and hand close games to the Lakers I think they could make their first trip to the finals. Their time is now. GO NUGGETS!

Having Billups and Melo means they'll still be good. 50 wins, prolly. Losing Jones and Kleiza will hurt. I can't stand Dahntay but he checked the other team's best scorer every night. Who's gonna do that now?
