Dwyane Wade’s Work Outs Are Dangerous

We know the great ones work out hard in the offseason. Not only are the workouts to try and improve on the weaknesses in your game, they are also about preparing your body for the grueling and physical 82 game NBA season.

It’s common knowledge that Dwyane Wade gets up, right? The guy has serious hops for his size. And how do you build your hops? Box Jumps. Like most aspiring skywalkers, DWade apparently works on box jumps as well in the summer. But not the kind of box jumps you do in your local YMCA. DWade’s box jumps are sort of on the dangerous side!
