The 2009 NBA season is all wrapped up and written into the history books. The Lakers won the championship and most people will remember this season as the year Kobe Bryant finally got a ring without Shaquille O’Neal by his side. There were a million and one other dramatic story lines this year, but something I never get sick of watching or talking about are crazy, insane, dunk highlights. Check out this video compilation put together by the big head’s over at NBA.com, on what they feel were the Top 10 Dunks of the 2009 NBA Season. Any they missed?
My favorite is the Josh Smith dunk on Steve Nash where foolishly Nash tries to take the charge. Get out the way!!
No VC??? I don’t remember him posterizing anybody this season, but he had to have at least one dunk that deserved a spot on this list. Now I gotta do some research, damnit.
