Intelligence on Display at 2009 Laker Girls Try Outs

When we received an email from Adam Rose this morning over at LAist about their coverage of the 2009-10 Laker Girl try outs at the Lakers training facility this week, I wasn’t expecting to see much more than some attractive girls, dancing around in skimpy outfits. Boy was I wrong! The interviews conducted by Adam and his crew at the event are hilarious and proved that not only are these girls attractive (for the most part), but they are also quite ‘swift’.

In all seriousness, being a Laker girl can often be a stepping stone on the way to stardom. Just look at Paula Abdul, her humble beginnings started with a stint with the Laker girl crew as well. Damn those bacon cheeseburgers look good, huh? And of course the Laker girls try out coverage wouldn’t be complete without a dig or two of the Lakers cross-town rival LA Clippers.
