Markus good question. What you want to practice is how to use your 4 speed. Go 1 to 4 from the triple threat, going from 3 to 4 in transition. The 4 speed is your acceleration so only use it need it. Thanks

I think its all about the pace. You can probably practice using 4 speed during practice but its more efficient as a player to use pace. Not go "all out" everytime.

I agree with what you are saying about the 4 speeds. But what if a player like Chris Paul can play in control even in his 4 speed. Shouldn't he then use the 4 speed as much as he wants? He seems to be sprinting sometimes but still in perfect control.

I guess what i'm asking is, should you practice being in control at your 4 speed, or should you practice not using it as much as you want to?
