Heh, good list, except that Jordan was forced to take Kwame. David Falk revealed in an interview that Jordan wanted to to trade the first pick for Elton Brand. That deal was on the table but ‘people in the wizards organization’ thought Kwame would be a marketing as the first highschooler drafted #1. The only person in the organization I can think of would be Abe Pollin. This is why Jordan demanded final say on ‘all basketball matters’ with the Bobcats. Who, by the way, have been totally rebuilt and are no longer a crappy team.

So after Jordan was there, got muscled into a bad draft pick when he could have had Brand, and spent two years on a losing team trying to teach the kids what was up, Jordan got canned by Pollin for what was essentially his own mistake. Thats called great ownership.

Anyway, just had to say, less then 3 years after Jordan showed up he rebuilt the Bobcats. Had he not been muscled by Pollin he would have turned around the Wiz in less time. I don’t think he’s proven himself to be an amazing GM yet, but I don’t think he deserves to be on this list.

I’d put the Pau Gasol for Kwame Brown and change(Or maybe Kwame Brown can be written down as change) made by the brilliant Chris Wallace
