Video of the Day: Paul Pierce Snubs Kid Wearing a Lebron James Jersey!

When I saw this video this morning I almost fell out of my chair laughing. I have a new found respect for Paul Pierce (not that I didn’t already think he was the man). Paul Pierce in the Cavaliers @ Boston game on Friday night was giving everyone in the crowd by his bench a high five after a great play. But when it came turn of a little kid in a Lebron James jersey reaching his arms out for his high-five, Paul Pierce looked the other way, pretended not to see the kid, and kept going about his business.

Now in a way I feel a bit bad for the kid, as i’m sure it would have been a great moment for him to touch one of his hero’s. But c’mon kid! You are in Boston Garden, right beside the Celtics bench, and you’re wearing a Lebron James Cleveland Cavaliers jersey??? You deserved that snub my friend….better luck next time.     Of course a Boston fan would have more respect for a player that snubs a kid. That is why Boston is the most hated city in the US. I don’t understand why the people that come from there are so miserable and hateful. Its not that bad. You have the Pats, the Red Sox and the Celtics, who have all one a chapionship in the last few years. There is nothing to be so miserable about. Paul Pierce is a cry baby! It was a little kid wearing his hero’s jersey! Do you think LeBron would snub somebody wearing a Kobe shirt? Absolutely not. He has more class than that. So go back in to living your miserable Boston life and wallow in your own self pity! That is why the rest of the country hates you!
