Video of the Day: Lebron James Blocks Jason Richardson’s 360 Dunk Attempt!

Lebron James has had some pretty sick blocks this year. Remember the block he had on Ramon Sessions? Everyone is well aware that Lebron is probably the front running right now for MVP, but how about Defensive Player of the Year too? He’s got my vote.

Blocks take a lot of athleticism, but also a lot of great timing. And to make a block on a guy you are trailing who is on a fast break is even tougher to ensure you get the angles right and don’t foul. Lebron has become a master this season on the hustle back block. I guess Jason Richardson didn’t get the memo, because in the Suns/Cavaliers game this week J-Rich tried to pull his patented 360 break away slam, only to be denied mid flight by KING JAMES.
