‘Sneak’-a-Peek: Chauncey Billups TS Creator by adidas
In terms of technology, it is the same as Tracy McGrady’s ‘TMac TS Creator’ which we did a full review for in November. The main difference is that Chauncey Billups’ shoe is in Detroit Piston’s inspired colorways and the shoe features a graphic which calls out his nickname, ‘Mr. Big Shot’. Don’t worry Nuggets fans….Adidas has informed The Hoop Doctors that the colorways on the Billups TS Creator 2009 will change to reflect the Denver Nuggets colors. And for you Pistons fans that have already picked up the TS Creator’s, just hold on tight to these bad boys, as this colorway just became a collector’s edition!! Ha ha…

I am looking for nay advice regarding the wearability of the Billups’ TS Creator. I was wondering how comfortable these shoes were when playing pick-up on the courts. What are the negative aspects to these shoes? Does the fairly high neck of the shoes bring discomfort?

We did a performance review on the TS Creator, but the TMAC edition. Structurally they are essentially the same shoe. You will love them man, they aren’t as light as some other shoes, but they are so soft and nice and padded inside. Great feel and great performance on grip and support. Here’s the review:
