So you are all familiar with these “Basketball is a Brotherhood” videos by now. The setting for these videos basically began with Gilbert Arenas picking up these young ballers at a streetball court in Washington, Gilbert then takes these starry eyed players to the Wizards arena to shoot hoops and learn some tips on being a guard or ‘a creator’. Of course following that initial video with Arenas the ballers have since traveled to Orlando to get trained by Dwight Howard on being a big man or “commander”, to Houston to play an exhibition game where they got to meet both Tracy McGrady and Tim Duncan, now finally this particular journey ends in Boston with Kevin Garnett.

If this video campaign is really about basketball being a brotherhood, what better place to end up than Boston where Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, and Paul Pierce exemplified a basketball brotherhood last year by putting aside their personal goals or statistical needs for the greater good of the team to make something special happen. That special season resulted in an NBA title, and certainly lifelong friends in the Brotherhood of NBA Champions.

This video was definitely my favorite out of all of the Basketball is a Brotherhood spots so far. KG and the Boston Celtics both just have a special aura about them, that screams the slogan “We Not Me!” without any effort whatsoever….Check it..
