Box jumps are good but I also like exercises where you jump without weights repetitively, liking continuous touching of the backboard for as many as you can do, multiple sets. That works the fast twitch muscle too.</description>

		<description>These are good exercises for sure. I also find that strengthening your core especially your lower back can help with your explosiveness on a two foot jump.

One other thing I like to do is Box Jumps. Not mentioned here but good for fast twitch jumping.</description>
