New Contest – ‘Create-a-Nick for Monta’ and Win Better Basketball DVD!

You obviously love Hoops or you wouldn’t be reading this right now! So the question The Hoop Doctors have for you is, how would you like to improve your game leaps and bounds in a very short period of time?

In this latest reader contest brought to you by The Hoop Doctors we are giving away an offensive skills instructional DVD: Better Basketball – 1 on 1 Offense , courtesy of Better Basketball. Learn from the pro’s, with instructional footage from Rick Torbett, Chauncey Billups, Sue Bird, and Rick Barry!!

Like our last contest (Create-a-Caption), the ‘Create-a-Nick’ contest is simple for you to enter and have a chance to win! Just follow these two easy steps to enter:

1. Subscribe to our RSS Feed by using the button on the top right of our website. All entrants must subscribe to our feed to be eligible to win. Not sure what RSS is? Check out our RSS help page here.(Do not forget to do this simple step, as in our last contest there were a number of entrants who did not complete this, and were therefore deemed ineligible for the prize!)

2. Monta Ellis has been referred to in some circles sporadically as “The Mississippi Bullet”, but since coming to the league has not really been given a nickname that sticks. The Hoop Doctor’s think it’s about time Monta got a nick worth repeating. Let us know what you think a great nickname for this speedy Golden State Warrior player would be. Be funny or serious with your entries, but just remember to be creative! You can either submit your idea for the nickname as a comment to this post, or you can email your proposed nickname to (admin@thehoopdoctors.com).
