What do Derrick Rose and Angelina Jolie have in common?

For years we have been hearing the wild and crazy stories about Angelina Jolie and her love for knives. After her break-up with ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton a few years back, lots of stories circulated about her loving to bring knives to bed for the mixing of pain and pleasure. I should qualify this though with the fact that in recent months-years Angelina Jolie has been known more for her philanthropic and motherly activities than she has for her eccentric ways.
Even so, after reading this story via Ball Don’t Lie my mind started to wander a bit. How does someone cut themselves with a knife in bed, accidentally? I wonder if Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls was truly in bed pearing an apple as the story goes, or if maybe there was some other explanation. An Angelina Jolie-ism perhaps? Probably not, but it’s still fun to think about.
There are already a lot of clauses in NBA player contracts restricting certain activities that are considered “high risk” for injuries during the NBA season. Many even during the off-season. I wonder if this recent injury to star rookie Derrick Rose will prompt NBA GM’s to add one more activity to the banned list…..”There shall be no eating in bed, under any circumstances”….or….”The use of utensils are prohibited in all sleeping quarters”….
And for Mr. Rose, did your mama never teach you not to eat in bed?
