“Trust The Process” has become one of the buzziest of phrases or slogans in professional sports over the past half decade or so as that was the mantra of former 76ers general manager Sam Hinkie and his strategy for turning around the franchise from the ground up through draft picks, asset acquirement and frankly, tanking.
While Hinkie has been out of his role for a year and a half now, the phrase remains and is as pervasive as ever, as the nickname for the 76ers best young potential star Joel Embiid is simply “The Process” as he aptly named himself.
With the acquisition of Ben Simmons and Markelle Fultz, the No. 1 picks of the last two NBA Drafts, many fans are beyond excited for what the 2017-18 season and beyond could hold for the team now that they have officially trusted the process.
Apparently this Pennsylvania farmer feels the same way…

Apparently Rich Alterman, the farmer who created this masterpiece, just drew it out on a graph and did it by hand. That is pretty incredible work if I say so myself, I guess you could say he trusted his process in making this piece of art and homage to the 76ers organization.
The 76ers are trying to follow the “If you build it, they will come” motto of Field of Dreams with their franchise and you can expect a lot of filled seats and excitement next season.
