Shaq and Kobe Bryant are back together, well…in a commercial.
NBA 2k has released a new ad where Shaq delivers an acceptance speech after being names the cover athlete of the video game’s Legend Edition. While thanking his people, a miscue with the teleprompter ensued.
“But most of all, I’d like to thank Kobe Bryant,” the retired NBA star said of his former Los Angeles Lakers teammate. “He was the NBA 2K legend cover athlete first. He’s so awesome and handsome and has really nice, natural teeth. Wait, what?”
Turns out Kobe was behind the “miscue” and Shaq was none to happy, “This ain’t over, Kobe. Payback’s going to be fun.”
