Draymond Green Guarantees Win in Game 5

Despite the Warriors recent struggles and losing by an average of 26 points in Games 3 and 4 in Oklahoma City, Draymond Green has complete confidence that the Warriors will respond in Game 5 at home and bring the series back to Oklahoma City for a Game 6.

He told The Undefeated’s Marc Spears Thursday morning that he had no doubt the Warriors would win Game 5:

“This team, this group of guys, we haven’t been in an elimination situation since 2014 so its different,” Green said. “But I also know this team knows how to lock in. I know this teams knows how to play tough. I know this team knows how to play like our lives depended on it, and I have no doubt in my mind that we will win (Game 5). No doubt about that, I absolutely expect to be back here and look forward to it.”

Draymond Green said the Warriors are still supremely confident and have what it takes to come back from a 3-1 deficit in a series.

Green and Curry, the Warriors two leaders and most valuable players during the regular season will have to regain their mojo in order for the Warriors to avoid being delivered the knockout punch by the pesky Thunder and become the 10th team in NBA history to come back from a 3-1 deficit.
