Bosh Joins Elite All-Star Company

Bosh

With Chris Bosh being recognized as an all-star reserve this season, he now joins a petty elite list of players who have made the all-star team 10 seasons in a row.

Bosh is definitely one of the more under the radar and under appreciated players of this era, but this honor makes it clear he is one of the greatest players of his time.

Here are the other 24 players who have accomplished this feat:

Kareem Adbul-Jabbar
Kobe Bryant
Tim Duncan
Kevin Garnett
Karl Malone
Wilt Chamberlain
Bob Cousy
John Havlicek
Moses Malone
Patrick Ewing
Dirk Nowitzki
Elvin Hayes
LeBron James
Magic Johnson
Oscar Robertson
Bill Russell
Dolph Schayes
Isiah Thomas
Charles Barkley
Dwayne Wade
Julius Erving
Allen Iverson
Bob Petit
Hal Greer

You may notice a few glaring omissions from this list including Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Shaquille O’Neal and Hakeem Olajuwon, although they all made more than 10 all star games, they never made 10 in a row.

This list is filled with hall of famers and when you consider this feat and Chris Bosh’s role as part of two NBA championship teams, Bosh may be one as well when he decides to hang them up and return to Jurassic Park (sorry couldn’t help myself).
