Report: Michigan Guard Caris LeVert Will Return for Senior Season

Wayne State v MichiganAfter suffering a season ended foot injury, the Michigan Guard has decided to come back to Ann Arbor Michigan to play his senior season.

” After considering my options, I am excited to announce I will return for my senior year. Coming back allows me to keep working towards my Michigan degree and take the next steps in my development as a player, teammate and a leader of our program. Michigan is a very special place and the college experience only comes once. The future is bright and I am blessed to be part of it.”

LeVert was leading the team in scoring (14.9 points per game), rebounds (4.9), assists (3.7), steals (1.7) and minutes (35.8) before he got hurt in January.

If Caris decided to enter the 2015 NBA Draft, he would have been a late first-early second round pick. Let’s see if his stock gets higher or lower this season. My guess is, barring injury, his stock will go up significantly.
