We start the third month of the 30th year of the Air Jordan right with a brand new Jordan 7 colorway.
Because the Air Jordan VII (7) came out in 1992, this is the sneaker that Michael Jordan wore in Barcelona, Spain as part of the fabled Dream Team. This ’30th Anniversary’ Jordan 7 gets its color blocking from the lights seen around the city of Barcelona at night. This colorway is constructed a lot like many pairs from ’92 in the sense it uses both leather and durabuck on upper panels.
When line drawings of this colorway releases back in 2014, many took the colors of this Jordan 7 and surmised that it was made in reference to Marvin the Martian.
The ’30th Anniversary’ Air Jordan 7 releases on Saturday, March 7th for $190.
