Ray Allen’s Air Jordan XX8 Player Exclusives For NBA Finals

On top of the three previous pairs made for Ray Allen at the start of the post season, here we see four completely new pairs of the Air Jordan XX8 just in time for the NBA Finals series between the Miami Heat & San Antonio Spurs.

In case Jesus Shuttlesworth forgot what is at stake in this series, copious amounts of gold are used on each pair in an attempt to help keep him focused. Allen’s “shotman” logo can be seen on the tongue which is a silhouette, presumably him, shooting a basketball with the path forming the letter “R” in Ray and the pairs that don’t feature the logo on the tongue has is embossed on the inside of the shroud which can be seen when rolled down. Dope stuff.

Having any type of sneaker endorsement is a complete blessing, but there is something special to be said if the brand that sponsors you was forged thru Michael Jordan. Ray Allen has become an elder statesman of Jordan Brand which gives him plenty of legroom to flex when it comes to personalized sneakers straight from the factory.

PS: last night Ray Allen broke out a Air Jordan XVI PE with a gold upper to match the “all gold everything” look many Miami Heat members went with last night in a loss to the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
