Carmelo Anthony May Get Knee Drained

Carmelo Anthony finally makes his return to Denver. Due to the shortened season last year, the Knicks did not travel to Denver. But despite the “homecoming”, Carmelo has bigger issues on his mind.

His knee hasn’t gotten any better and he may have to get it drained. Definitely not a good sign.

Carmelo Anthony said he expects to play (tonight) in his first homecoming in Denver but admitted his sore right knee is not getting better and if this continues, he may have the fluid in his knee drained. Mike Woodson listed him as ‘probably probable’ and Melo indicated he would play and then possibly reevaluate after the contest.
