Air Jordan X “Chicago” Rumored To Return in 2012

June 14, 2011 – Ben Berry

While many say that Jordan Brand are running out of original colorways to bring back, those same people should realize that there are still a couple of shoes that have never been seen in stores since their first release. One shoe that will definitely get a lot of attention is the Air Jordan X. Remembered for being the first shoe Michael Jordan wore when he bore the number #45 on his jersey after a going off to try new things for a while.

The White/Black-True Red sneaker is given the “Chicago” label just like any other Air Jordan which has a mostly white upper and shows the team colors of red and black. While I believe the shoe will stay true to its original colorblocking, rumor has it #23 will replace the #45 on this release which should make OG collectors happy because there is another way to identify the retro from their precious originals from 1995.

While no official date is set, the Air Jordan X “Chicago” is rumored to have a release date sometime in the Spring of next year.
