Video of the Day: Q-Rich is Cold-blooded!

Quentin Richardson New York Knicks

March 12, 2009 – Dr. J-Water

Quentin Richardson pulled out his ‘three point gunner’ hand signal twice last night in the Knicks-Pistons overtime clash. The second time they ruled his shot only a two-point field goal because he had his foot over the line. But it doesn’t change the fact. The fact is that Q-Rich hits shots when they count. When the game is on the line you want the ball in the gunners hand’s, because he doesn’t have a conscience and because he doesn’t get rattled. That’s a Mike D’Antoni kind of guy for sure.

Right after Rip Hamilton of the Pistons put up a tough jumper under pressure and made it to bring the Pistons back within only 3 points and one possession, Q-Rich crushes it. You want to talk about under pressure? Check out the video replay below where Q-Rich throws up a long ball with Tayshaun Prince right in his grill! Prince is one of the best perimeter defenders in the league right now because of his length. That fact clearly doesn’t rattle a gunner like Q-Rich who wouldn’t accept a loss last night….
